A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Onboarding Specialists and Solutions Engineers to
foster a high-performance culture
Develop and implement strategies to streamline onboarding processes
and improve team productivity
Ensure timely delivery of integration projects while managing
technical challenges and aligning solutions with customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR or HR technology, managing HR
processes or technology solutions
5+ years of experience in leading technical onboarding or
integrations in B2B SaaS environments, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Strong technical background with experience in integration tools
and technologies
Proven experience in revamping onboarding processes with a focus on
automation and efficiency improvements
