Title: Accounts Payable Manager - Contract to Hire Experience: 2-5 years in Accounting or Accounts Payable Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Hybrid 3 days on-site) Duration: Long Term Contract - C2H The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing the processes of reviewing purchase orders, packing slips and vendor invoices for appropriate documentation prior to Payment Process change experience Systems evoltuion experience Process/Perform invoice and General Ledger coding and project tagging. 3-Way Matching review purchase orders, receiving slips, invoices and resolve discrepancies. Calculates sales tax on invoices. Coordinate with the external auditors to provide vendor invoices and payments. Identify and follow up on missing invoices. Communicate with external vendors and internal employees across various departments. Ad-hoc projects, reporting, account reconciliations, vendor analysis and other assignments as needed to support the finance team. Associate's degree or higher education in accounting or finance. Technical Skills: Must Have experience other accounting software systems. SAP and Concur preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel, Word.
