You Are: - -
A senior-level, highly-experienced Cloud Computing Leader with extensive expertise in Kubernetes who will have a pivotal role in driving the integration & coherence of our cloud products as well as establishing & growing our Kubernetes Consulting Practice.
The Opportunity:

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the cloud solutions team, ensuring the successful integration and coherence of our cloud products.
  
• Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging your key Kubernetes expertise to optimize performance, scalability and security.
  
• Develop and implement industry best practices for cloud infrastructure design, deployment and management, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to align cloud solutions with business objectives and drive continuous innovation.
  
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and mentorship with the team, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development and growth opportunities.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on cloud solutions architecture, Kubernetes best practices, and emerging industry trends.
  
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge practices and technologies, staying at the forefront of cloud computing advancements and Kubernetes ecosystem developments.
  
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex cloud solutions projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for expanding and growing the Kubernetes consulting practice, including identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  
  You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, overseeing cloud solutions architecture and teams.
    
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor and empower a high-performing team.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    
  • Extensive expertise in cloud computing and Kubernetes, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
    
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture, including security, scalability and cost optimization principles.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, introduce emerging technologies and lead transformative cloud initiatives.
    
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to align cloud solutions with organizational goals and drive business growth.
    
  • Extensive experience in client-facing or consulting roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.
    
  • Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and Kubernetes (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are highly desirable.

      Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. - As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
      Role Location: Remote
      Compensation Range: - $183,000 to $275,000 base
