Key Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge of Network Security software suites
Perform analysis and diagnosis for network products and
applications
Assist and train partners on implementation, configuration, and
maintenance of Network Security products and services
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Network Security products and services
Experience in technical support or customer service
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendor
support teams
