Ventures, 7Wire Ventures, and Founders Fund.What it isThe Senior AI
Engineer will play an important role in developing and implementing
advanced AI solutions in close collaboration with our clinical and
product team. This individual will help bring our user experience
to the next level and optimize clinical effectiveness and support
work across the organization. The successful candidate will work
closely with the product team to seamlessly integrate AI
capabilities into our solutions, shaping the future of healthcare
technology.What you'll do
- Design and develop AI solutions to address complex challenges
in the healthcare sector, working closely with the clinical team to
ensure alignment with real-world needs.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate AI solutions
into our existing and future products, ensuring they add tangible
value to our customers.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI and data analytics trends and
technologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to
maintain our competitive edge.
- Lead technical projects from conceptual design through to
deployment, guiding architectural choices, implementation
approaches, and ensuring successful integration.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging
continuous learning and experimentation.What you'll needMinimum
Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial
Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI and data analytics, preferably within
the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, machine learning algorithms, data
modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS) and relevant technologies
(e.g. Bedrock, Redshift).
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, and popular data science and
machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch,
SciKit-Learn).
- Experience in a medical/clinical environment and understanding
of the workflows and data that is common in such settings.
- Proficiency in Java (our application backend language) and/or
Typescript.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real-world large-scale product deployment and
operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable
insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to work effectively across different teams and
