Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for a Senior Wet Utilities Estimator - Project Manager for an immediate position at our office in El Cajon, CA. We are looking for an individual that meets the following requirements: Minimum 3-years’ experience in wet utility estimating & project management for public works and private owners. (Public Works Experience in San Diego County Preferred) HCSS Estimating Program experience preferred Knowledge in heavy equipment sizes, de-watering, shoring techniques, productions/crew sizing for various conditions, ability to understand soils reports, &knowledge of various agency specifications preferred. Local knowledge for who to call when you need a vendor, supplier, or sub-Existing relationships with private owners and agencies preferred Ability to create & update schedules Ability to perform detailed takeoffs Strong Communication skills and work well with others Proficient computer skills in Blue Beam and Microsoft Office Strong work ethic and self-starter Cass Arrieta is a General Engineering Contractor specializing in wet utilities, dry utilities, structural concrete, and associated scopes of work within the public and private markets.
