Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to manage and
execute all marketing and outbound initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow outbound email and LinkedIn efforts with
freelancers
Oversee content strategy, including newsletters and webinars, and
manage partnerships with industry publications and influencers
Collaborate with co-founders and team members to identify and
optimize growth channels
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or growth role at an
early-stage startup
Proven effectiveness across various marketing channels
Willingness to learn and take on new projects
Experience utilizing AI in marketing strategies
Ability to balance brand awareness with lead generation efforts
