We are looking for someone who is a creative strategist with a strong pulse on the social landscape. This person will help craft our global and regional channel strategy, develop campaigns, and build new audiences on emerging platforms. They will work cross-functionally across our marketing teams at a national level. The ideal candidate is passionate about the social media landscape and can guide teammates towards social success.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation across a portfolio of social channels for Book & Ladder and Veristy Invest remaining up to date on new technology, platforms, macro trends, and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans. Identifying new trends to spark new innovative content development for organic growth.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and onsite teams to create timelines for creative campaigns and projects that align with the brand's strategic goals.
• Set a comprehensive strategy that further advances the brand and drives the company's social media goals, including new user acquisition, customer loyalty, and overall community engagement.
• Manage all elements published on each social account, including everything from assisting to develop creative briefs and concepts to the output of the final creative product.
• Monitor social media analytics tools, ensuring goals for engagement and community growth are met, through in-season campaigns and into a show's off-season window.
• Develop engagement and retention plans for all social media channels, and ensure social media account security, claiming and setup.Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience with social strategy and execution for a brand either at an agency or internally as it relates to strategy, management, and execution knowledge
  • Proficient in the digital world and emerging platforms with deep knowledge or experience marketing to Gen-Z. Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Conversant in social analytics, social listening, and automation tools.
  • High-level strategic and technical capacity, coordinating projects and campaigns.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge of Social Space (i.e., changes in FB algorithms, Twitter profile updates, photo/video upload specs), as well as a strong eye for detail and industry trends.
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape and community management with hands on experience developing and executing social media campaigns for a franchise
  • Must be able to successfully implement best practices and provide guidance for feedback and responses.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Sparkcentral, Canva are a plus but not required.Details:
