Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant that will have the opportunity to work with team members at all levels in growing, financial services organizationRESPONSIBILITIES:* Proactively handle day-to-day administrative tasks for office staff, and occasionally for executives* Open office daily and manage office aesthetic and organization* Assist with large and small projects, largely related to data entry, documentation, and inventory management* Assist with team calendars for meeting scheduling.* Locate policies and hard copies of various documents, including traveling offsite to obtain them* Draft slides or materials for meetings and events.* Execute on special initiatives and projects presented by Office Manager or Executive staff* Proactively identify opportunities to be impactful and enhance the daily office environment.REQUIREMENTS:* 5+ years' experience in an administrative assistant capacity. Experience working with executives ideal but not required.* Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.* Experience with data entry using Excel* Experience working with large amounts of data, extracting data and inputting information into spreadsheets. Experience with tracking documents/inventory/policies ideal (financial, insurance or medical environment)* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Maintain professionalism when interfacing with staff and executives* Ability to be resourceful and work independently, prioritize conflicting needs, and juggle multiple high-importance, high-urgency matters.* Excellent written and verbal communication.
