Pacific Life is looking to hire a talented Division Executive Administrative Specialist to join our Aliso Viejo office.
As an Executive Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in Pacific Lifes operations by managing performing a broad range of administrative duties supporting the Life Insurance Division.

What Youll DoManage daily calendar for our Senior Vice President, Strategy, Operations and Technology and Executive Vice President, Life Insurance Division including travel arrangements, coordinating Senior Leadership Meetings, and bi-monthly dialogue sessions.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and agenda that may include sensitive informationDirects incoming calls, visitors, mail and emailSupport scheduling activities as well as outside BoardsCreate expense reports process invoices from external parties, screening and handling of telephone callsArrange meetings and conferences, ensuring audio/video equipment is functioning properly in advance of meetingsMaintain office supplies and file managementTools Youll Use

Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
