CONSIDERED Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Payroll
Practitioner to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a
workforce of approximately 200 employees. This role oversees both
non-union and union payroll processing, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and timely execution. The ideal candidate is
experienced in complex payroll environments, comfortable working
independently, and able to support payroll-related questions across
the organization. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle payroll
for all employees, including union and non-union populations
Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate
earnings, deductions, and compliance Review and validate
timekeeping data from an external attendance system prior to
payroll submission Manage union-related payroll requirements,
including fringe benefits, deductions, and reporting Ensure
compliance with federal, state, local, and union labor agreements
Handle payroll adjustments, off-cycle runs, and employee inquiries
Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and documentation to
support audits and internal reviews Maintain accurate payroll
records and support continuous process improvements Qualifications
Demonstrated experience running payroll for a mid-sized
organization (200 employees) Hands-on experience with union
payroll, preferably within a construction environment Proficiency
with ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems Familiarity
with timekeeping/attendance systems; construction-specific
platforms a plus, not required Strong understanding of payroll
compliance, wage and hour laws, and union agreements Highly
organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
