Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Management Analyst
(retainer).
Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop the Theory of Change for projects involving public
procurement
Assist in the development of project implementation strategies,
including monitoring and management activities
Coordinate project follow-up actions and assist in systematization
efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business
Administration, Accounting, or Economics
At least 4 years of relevant experience in program and project
management
A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing theories of
change
Experience in public procurement projects is an advantage
Fluency in Portuguese and basic knowledge of English and/or Spanish
is required
