Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of FP&A to manage financial
forecasting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
processes
Develop and maintain integrated financial models across key
statements
Deliver actionable business insights through variance analyses and
KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or
strategic finance roles; fintech or crypto experience preferred
Proven ability to lead financial planning in fast-paced,
high-growth environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI
tools and planning software
Deep understanding of fintech and crypto trends and business
models
