Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full Charge
Bookkeeper/Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and complete
reconciliations for a portfolio of 35-40 clients
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and current financial
records, including sales tax returns and accounts payable
transactions
Build and maintain client relationships, providing insights and
identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in financial reporting and significant experience
with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and
professionalism
At least one year of experience successfully working in a remote
environment
Familiarity with sales tax platforms, accounts payable workflows,
and client portals is a plus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm
