We are looking for an excellent Accounting Specialist to join the finance team of Eitan Medical North America, our US subsidiary. The Accounting Specialist will report directly to the Controller.Job Description: - Daily check deposits using check scanner and application of cash receipts to customer accounts - Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization - Reconcile bank activity daily and bank reconciliation monthly - Manage clients accounts and payment schedule and collections - Handle payroll functions as required by the organizationAd hoc requestsAnnual Salary 75K -Requirementso 4-5 years of accounting responsibilities and previous experience with AR, AP and Payrollo Experience with collections and interacting with customers to resolve collection issueso Knowledge of accounting principles and practiceso Highly organized and detail orientedo A team Player, Excellent interpersonal relationso Excellent in verbal and written communicationo Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines
