Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.) Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and provide accurate repair time estimates….and maximize Tech Video usage. Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Fix-It-Right-The-First Time. Qualifications Current MINI Master Training Level and ASE Master Certification (A1–A8 ) required Prior MINI or BMW dealership experience required Strong knowledge of service drive and diagnostic processes High school diploma or equivalent Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and repair procedures Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Basic computer competency Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually ($47 - $52 flag rate per hour) performance bonuses — Full-time, in-person role.
